Leadership Experience offers three separate, three-day classes designed to help middle and high school students grow as leaders in their local church. Students will choose one class during registration; 101, 201, or 301. Each class focuses on a different stage of leadership development from understanding how you are wired, to the role you play in your local church, to living and leading others with purpose. The Leadership Experience is designed to follow a clear progression, with students taking the classes in order as they grow.
Each morning at camp, students will gather in their Leadership Experience classroom for teaching, guided discussion, and classroom-based activity. In the afternoons, students have the opportunity to choose from a variety of breakout sessions to explore areas of interest and strengthen their leadership growth even further.
Leadership 101 — Discover Your Design
Explore your identity in Christ, understand how God has uniquely wired you, and learn the habits that form strong and faithful leaders. Perfect for students stepping into leadership for the first time or already showing initiative.
Leadership 201 — Love Your Church
Learn what the Bible teaches about the local church and discover how your gifts strengthen the body of Christ. Practice serving with a team and embracing your role as a contributor — not a consumer.
Leadership 301 — Lead With Purpose
Take the next step by learning how to lead others spiritually. Gain confidence in sharing your faith, discipling others, and living every day on mission with the gospel.
To participate in the Leadership Experience, students must:
- Be currently in middle or high school
